How may I reach Solisian customer service?

Do you offer global shipping?

Yes, we facilitate global shipping to reach our customers wherever they are located.

What is the origin of your shipments?

All our products are dispatched from our warehouse situated in Hong Kong.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

No worries! If you change your mind, you have a 12-hour window from the time of your order to make any changes or cancellations. If you miss the window, you can always return the order once it's received for a full refund.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payments through all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, as well as PayPal transactions.

What is the order processing time?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, but please allow a bit extra during busy periods like holidays and sales. Following processing, orders are shipped the next working day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long is the shipping duration?

We aim to have your products with you as fast as possible, unfortunately due to the current high demand, the estimated shipping duration is between 2-4 weeks.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order within 30 days, let us know and we’ll happily give you a full refund.

Are there any customs and tax charges?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. How do I handle defective, incorrect, or damaged items?

If your product is incorrect, missing, or damaged, please contact us with your order number, photos of the items received and all related references upon receiving your package. We promise to make it right as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
